Yes. Releaf has a duty of care to notify your GP when you receive a prescription from us, to consolidate your medical records. If you wish to discuss this with us, contact the Patient Support Team at support@releaf.co.uk

To access your medical cannabis consultation, you will first need to log in to the Releaf Patient Portal. To log in, head to the Releaf home page, and click 'Log in'. This is found in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. On the left-hand side of the Patient Portal (under the Releaf logo), you will see a cascading menu. To schedule and attend a consultation, click on the ‘Appointments’ tab in this menu (sixth from the top). Here, you will see any upcoming consultations. Fifteen minutes before the allocated appointment time, a "Join call" button will appear at the top-right side of the screen on your Patient Portal, allowing you to join your consultation. You will also receive an SMS with a link to join the video consultation fifteen minutes before the start time. It's as simple as clicking the SMS link (or the "Join call" link in your Patient Portal), and you will be instantly redirected to the medical cannabis consultation.Please ensure your device has at least 50% battery before your consultation begins, is connected to a stable internet connection, and that you are in a quiet and private area for the duration of your consultation.

Once the clinician has written your prescription and you have paid for your medication, we will notify the pharmacy and send them a hard copy of your prescription, which is required by law. Once received, the pharmacy will prepare and send out your medication using tracked delivery. We will email and text you to update you on the status of your delivery. You will also receive a Royal Mail tracking number. Your medication should arrive within 2-4 working days. If your medication is out of stock, there's no need for you to do anything. Your prescribing clinician will find another suitable medication option. They will take into account your medical history, any medication you are currently taking, and other lifestyle factors to determine the best alternative for your treatment plan. This will then be available for you to order within your patient account in the same way as your previous medication.

Yes, you can rebook missed consultations, but to do so, you must contact the Patient Support Team at support@releaf.co.uk Please keep in mind that if you miss more than one appointment without informing us prior, you may be required to pay for your new consultation.

Medical cannabis is prescribed by the NHS for specific severe conditions where other treatments have failed, such as certain forms of epilepsy, multiple sclerosis spasticity, and chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
